Solven Voice was founded by brothers Marcus Holder and Andre Holder, on a mission to help businesses across Canada stop losing revenue to missed calls and to raise the bar on customer service.
Growing up, Marcus and Andre heard about this problem long before they had a name for it. Their mom worked as a receptionist, and she'd come home talking about the calls she couldn't get to: the phone ringing while she was already on another line, a customer who needed help right when she stepped away for a moment. It wasn't a lack of care or effort. It was simply that one person can only be in one place at a time, and every missed call was a real cost to the business she worked for.
That stuck with them. Years later, as they started talking to business owners across Toronto, they kept hearing the same thing in different words: every new customer matters, and in a city this competitive, the businesses that win are the ones that show up the moment someone needs them.
Before Solven Voice was ever offered to a client, it was built, tested, and refined inside SPIRECORE, a real Toronto business serving actors through training, workshops, and demo reels. Every feature was shaped by actual calls and actual website visitors, not a demo script.
We've spoken with many Toronto business owners while building Solven Voice, and one thing comes up in almost every conversation: in a city this competitive, serving each new customer well isn't optional, it's the whole game. That's exactly why Solven Voice exists, to make sure no customer reaches out to a Toronto business and finds nobody there to answer.
